Make it 2 years in a row that the “Beebs” has ruled the roost of the youngest mega-stars on the planet. Otherwise known as Billboard’s list of music’s top 21 artists under 21 years of age. But guess who else made the list!
The list is based on their overall “potential to rule the pop culture zeitgeist” over the next year and Justin Bieber is #1. The 18-year-old edged out British boy band One Direction to reclaim top spot and while explaining the choice, Billboard praised Bieber’s “adorable, now-legal good looks” and called the singer a “supernova of teen pop stars.” Want proof – this new video for his song “As long as you love me” already has almost 50-million views. Period.

Rounding out the top 4 were new “X Factor” judge Demi Lovato and “American Idol” champ Scotty McCreery.
Meanwhile, Bieber’s girlfriend Selena Gomez was sixth after making it to 3rd on last year’s list.
Imagine if those two stay together for the next 40 years. Wow.
