These days, you haven’t made it in Hollywood until you’ve been referenced in the US smash teen drama, Glee.
It’s even better if the cast cover one of your songs. But, if you manage to nab yourself an actual part, you’re laughing……..
This could explain why Sarah Jessica Parker looks so chuffed alongside Glee’s Chris Colfer in the above snap. The actress (and extreme fashionista) is set to appear on the show as Vogue.com’s editor Isabelle Klempt.
Ryan Murphy, the show’s creator, tweeted the picture of her and Chris hard at work.
I was hoping SJP would channel her inner bitch for the role (à la Meryl Streep in The Devil Wears Prada), but from what I’ve seen of the episode, she couldn’t be nicer to Chris’ character Kurt.
The clip, which you can watch below, sees Kurt having an interview at Vogue.com; SJP’s character seems strikingly similar to Carrie Bradshaw, her Sex and The City alter-ego. Still, it’s hard to judge her Glee debut based on just over a minute of the episode (entitled Makeover).
