The Pride and Joy of Springbank, Alberta, Jann Arden has released a brand new album titled ‘These Are The Days’.

Jann is coming off the release of her cookbook “Feeding My Mother” which detailed the story of taking care of her Mom, who was ailing from Alzheimer’s.

The album is filled with that classic guitar based sound, and lyrics that make you think.

In a recent interview, Jann explains the meaning of the title track ‘These Are The Days’

“That song is very much about ‘There’s life in you yet,’ “Although you’re kind of lost in the mire, you can still find your way through it and that’s what ‘These Are the Days’ is about.”

She continues: “It’s also about kicking butt, not taking any prisoners, getting out there and doing your best and not being afraid to screw up,”
Jann’s final thoughts: “If you’re going to get out there and not be prepared to fail, you’re missing out in life,” she says. “Failure is half the fun.”

This album looks and sounds like a roller coaster of emotion! “These Are The Days” is out NOW!
