Good Samaritan of the Week Award
Do you know an outstanding individual? Someone who has had an impact in the lives of others? This inspirational person has shown leadership, commitment, and initiative. Their countless hours of volunteering makes a difference in the community.
This week's Good Samaritan is Mary Kuntz. Mary is a tireless volunteer with the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank. She does most of the shopping for the Food Bank's backpack and Christmas stocking programs. She watches for sale items and even works to get discounts at area stores so donated money can go even further. Mary asks for nothing in return for all of her efforts, not even gas money for all the deliveries she does for the Food Bank.
