If you have won with 96.7 CHYM FM below is information on how you can pick up your prize.
Winners may be notified by the email account associated with their Platinum VIP account, or by phone.
Where do I pick up my prize?

When can I pick up my prize? Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (please bring photo ID)
When coming to pick up a prize please take note that...
- You will need one piece of photo ID.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have won a prize through the CHYM FM Platinum VIP club it is automatically processed with the winner's information and only the winning member can pick up the prize with proper identification that reflects the info given on the CHYM FM Platinum VIP Club. - Your prize will be available for 30 days. 14 days if won/redeemed through the CHYM FM Platinum VIP Club.
