At this time of year there are so many things that can over shadow the joy of the season.

In fact, today, I read the top 10 things that stress us out over the Holidays. Included on the list:

  2. Family drama
  3. Hosting family and friends
  4. Buying Gifts
  5. Extra Cooking

So, what can you do to get through it? Think outside the box and take a more holistic approach to handling holiday stress.
