  • ¾ cup of skim milk or almond milk
  • ¼ cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup of frozen fruit (this is based on personal preference…a yummy combo is pineapple, mango, peach, and strawberries)
  • 2 tbs of honey
  • ½ a banana (cut into pieces)
  • 2 ice cubes (use crushed ice if it’s available)

In the order listed above, add all the ingredients into your blender.  Blend your smoothie for a few minutes until everything is well mixed in.
